Contact & pickup details — name, email, phone, pickup address, and notes you submit when booking.
Order details — bag counts, detergent / softener preferences, add-ons, pickup dates, and order history.
Payment information — processed and stored by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
Account data — if you create an account (email + password or Google sign-in), we store an authentication record so you can manage your bookings.
Usage data — basic logs (pages visited, device, IP) used for security and to improve the service.

How we use your information

To schedule, pick up, clean, and deliver your laundry.
To send transactional emails (booking confirmations, pickup reminders, status updates).
To process payments and prevent fraud (via Stripe).
To respond to support requests and improve our service.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Service providers

We share limited data with the vendors that power our service: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database & auth), Google Calendar (operator scheduling), and our email delivery provider. They are bound by their own privacy and security commitments.

Our service is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
