These Terms govern your use of foldedatl.co and the laundry pickup and fold services ("Service") provided by Folded ATL. By booking a pickup or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

The service

We pick up, wash, fold, and return clothing and household textiles within the Atlanta area. Pickup windows are 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM ET on your selected date. We make reasonable efforts to return your laundry within 24-48 hours.

Bookings & payment

  • Prices are charged at checkout via Stripe in USD.
  • Recurring weekly subscriptions are billed automatically until canceled.
  • You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Promo codes

Promo codes (such as NEW25) are limited to first-time customers, one per household, may not be combined with other offers, and apply to one-time orders only. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

Items we cannot accept

  • Dry-clean-only items, leather, suede, or fur.
  • Items soiled with biohazards, mold, or hazardous chemicals.
  • Pet products such as pet beds and towels.
  • Heavy items such as bed comforters and washable rugs.
  • Valuables, jewelry, or money left in pockets — please remove before pickup.

Liability & damage claims

We treat your laundry with care, but laundering can affect fabrics. Our liability for lost or damaged items is limited to ten (10) times the per-bag wash cost for that order. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, to foldedatl@gmail.com.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the Service or our site.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the latest version is always posted here.
