Refund Policy

We want you to love your folded laundry. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Cancellations
- Before pickup — cancel any time at least 12 hours before your scheduled pickup window for a full refund.
- Same-day — cancellations within 12 hours of pickup are refundable as account credit.
- After pickup — once we've collected your laundry, the order is non-refundable except as described under "Re-wash & service issues" below.
Recurring subscriptions
You can cancel a weekly subscription from your account at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate partial weeks.
Re-wash & service issues
If any item isn't clean to your standard, we'll re-wash it free of charge — just contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If we can't make it right, we'll issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.
Lost or damaged items
Report any lost or damaged items within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, to foldedatl@gmail.com. Reimbursement is limited as described in our Terms & Conditions.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
